Please feel free to contact us if you still have unanswered questions.

How much does ’ZionWorx 2014’ cost?

ZionWorx is priced very competitively at £169 (USD $249) for a Team Licence (see below for further details).  If you have any queries regarding pricing please contact us on

Can I try it out before I buy it?

There is a 30-day free evaluation period after installation, when the software will operate with full functionality. During this time you can test out the features and decide whether it meets your needs. After the 30-day evaluation period expires, the program will not run anymore. You can then choose either to uninstall it, or to purchase a licence key which will enable it again.

What is your Refund Policy?

We strongly encourage a 'try-before-you-buy' approach so that our customers are totally happy before they purchase.  However we understand that things aren't always that simple.

For this reason we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the purchase date.  Within this time a full refund can be requested by contacting

What are the terms of the software licence?

To keep things simple there is only one kind of licence: a Team Licence. We recognise that teams of volunteers are usually involved in operating video projection in churches. We also understand that services can happen concurrently and sometimes at different sites.  So our Team Licence is simple – it covers installation on up to 10 computers to support training of your team members, preparation for services and live video projection in services - and it covers usage at multiple sites. We also provide free technical support by email and a community forum where users can help each other and share experiences.

Is it some kind of annual subscription?

No, there is no concept of a subscription at all. There are no contracts or tie-ins. You simply purchase a Team Licence to use the version you are buying. You are also entitled to download free minor updates as and when these are released.  If you wish to upgrade to a new major version then you simply pay the reduced upgrade price and purchase a Team Licence for that new version.

Didn't ZionWorx used to be free?

Yes, between April 2002 and December 2009 we developed earlier versions of ZionWorx (1.5, 2.0, 2.5 and 2.6). These were all offered as freeware, but development of this project stopped in 2010. We then started planning a completely new version which would be higher quality and offer much more. The effort and investment needed to develop this meant that it became a commercial product - and ZionWorx 2014 was launched.
